Relying on one person to be host and that person has the game save and need to be in game for it to work. So if host is offline, the other coop members can't continue playing their game.
This game needs a separate server console program that can be run as a server, that way host can leave it running and your coop members can continue to play in the same game without host being ingame..
For a game that involves exploring, crafting, taking time to build a camp and your charactor. This host system really made this game limited.
I wanna have a own server there me and friends can join anytime.
There i can join and famring when they cant!:)
That's a shame, guess I'll un-wishlist this.
I along with a group of over 50 to 60 players I play with regularly will not buy any games that don't provide a way to run a adequate server like Conan Exiles, Rust, Ark and many other games we set up servers for.
So it's a shame to pass on this one.
Frankly, playing with even 1 more person completely breaks the immersion and fear factor of being alone.. fairly counter intuitive for this type of game.
But muh co-operinos!!
