(1) Co-op = Two or more players on different PCs, each running a separate copy of the game, connected to the same server. This can be a local area network (LAN) server or a server over the Internet (online co-op).

(2) Local/Splitscreen = Two or more players on the same PC running only one copy of the game with each player using an input device, usually gamepad controllers.


I HIGHLY doubt this game will feature Local/Splitscreen. More likely option (1)

i know right? when you say "is the co-op local or online" people go on rants that show they have no idea what is being asked. local co-op is not unheard of.. unless you're 15 or younger maybe.. co-op does not automatically mean online co-op... sucks that this is the common opinion now. yes i whas foold with .stranded deep .amazing game [ea] and they have set + co op .zo whe get split sreen . spitcreen at home .and co op is online
