So you need to do one of the following to combat venom points:
-lily or tobacco bandages, Lily/Tobacco leaf + bandage
-Eat lily leaf to remove 2 points of venom
-Painkillers will remove both effects**
-Brew tobacco brew bowl = tobacco leave + boiled water
-Brew Lily brew bowl = lily leaf + boiled water
All of these options (minus painkillers) you will still have a fever that you need to burn off by sleeping or get Quassia Amara flower and boil them in cup of water because you need to remove your fever points too.
If your haven't gotten around to experiment with all the plants check out the wiki it might help you find more things that you need.

The Tobacco leaf bandaid doesnt work. I tried to put the leaf into the bandaid craft and it would not let me. I feel that I need to do something to the tobacco leaf first; before applying it to the bandaid wrap. I just dont know what.
I will try again; next when I log in. But I feel that I did this a few times already and it never worked. Hm.
There is a Purple Flower - https://vignette.wikia.nocookie.net/greenhell/images/2/22/Unknown_Herb.jpg/revision/latest?cb=20180903081446
If you use the Leafes like the Tobaco ones on a Bandage it gives you a "Lily Bandage" allso
you can make a Tea out of the Leafes... and use the (dry) Flower to grow them in a Plant Box... But it's somehow useless. Cause you cant fill Tea into something you can carry around. And making a Fire and Brew a Tea cost to much Time before you Die... Ok you can prepare one before you will need it and leave it on the Fireplace... But that's allso quiet useless. Cause you have to get back to it...
My Tip for you is - Move slow... dont walk trought Bushes and Keep Eyes & Ears open

Take one that will stop the fever. Then bandage wound if you needed not necessary you need to sleep it off, the white pills and sleep should fix it. You are aware these are rattler snakes and make a noise as you near it, maybe running to fast to hear it and then it strikes. There is also a few large spiders that do make a sound but its much quieter. Avoid dense areas or running through bushes your more likely to get bit bye by snakes and spiders.
The Tutorial teaches players how to craft these bandages.
Please refer to your notepad.
To craft bandages you need to first craft the Molinaria to basic bandage then add that basic bandage to crafting stone - with backpack open drag the tobacco or honey or ash onto the basic bandage on the crafting stone , as you add stuff the dots at the top point to what can be crafted from those ingredients. make a variety by experimenting but first make lots of Molinaria bandage that's the base bandage.

Good luck :)
am still somewhat new to the game (started mid last month) so dont know a lot but more you play, better you get to understanding the game
try to gather those water lilly pads too and have some charcoal handy to eat. and try to grow those tobacco plants in one of your base/outpost, so you dont have to travel around to find one when you need them.
So the Tea, is held in Bidons right? And Bidons never disappear from the map; even if I put them on the ground. As I read somewhere.
First I would boil tea in a half coconut; and then pour that half into a Bidon. I think I read this somewhere. Never tried it.
Cook/brew the water lily for better poison treatment. Also they dont decay if you put them in storage. Otherwise they will decay overtime if left on ground. But do keep couple stacks of the leaf bandage/tobacco on hands while traveling...and save game.
