Can you drag items you've dropped on the ground?

yes but u have to have the bagpack open thenu can drag them.. hopfully they add it later

I have tried it lol. When I open my backpack and drop and item, it seems to snap in a certain location on the ground. If you move the item you dropped, it snaps back to the location it was dropped.

Was just curious if you could drag and drop stuff around. Seems you can't really. It drops the item in a fixed area unless you slightly move.
