However the AI is way better than 0.1.1 but they still aren't that smart.
So pick them off at range, you can lob stuff farther than their activation range. If you aim it at a high enough arc you can chuck cheap spears while they're singing.
Some just back off at throw rocks unless you close in. Pick off the archers first then just stay back and shoot arrows or spears until the rock throwers are dead (they'll never hit you).
My advice is to carry at least a stack of arrows, if you get clean headshots they go down too easy... I dropped all four and only got hit once, I might just go out and find their home camp for sport... Savages...
I can drop two before they even start moving towards me. I used spike traps once when there were a little more than I could handle.
