How to remove a worm?

I have a bone needle, but can't seem to use it to remove a worm

It can, drap a bone needle to white circle to remove worm, after that, use a bandage to prevent infection.

or when you still cant remove it, your bugged
its a known bug and its a horrible one, you can bandage but you will never heal again
hope you saved before and its alright, otherwise you have to start again
or if someone else has a solution i would gladly hear it :)

That's right. I had to reset the game because the wound didnot heal and my hp can not increase again. It's too bad!

I can't even get a bone needle. Stuck on trying to find out how to unlock a spear so I can fish to get a needle.

Also, the plant you use to get bandages seems to be as rare as rocking horse s**t.

Worst part is, I am playing on easy to get the hang of the game. I'd hate to think what it's like on hard.

Its gets really easy once you get used to the basic. When you first start out everything looks the same all green. But soon, your eyes will become keen and can spot certain plants from a distance. As for the spear, for a stone spear combine two stone to get a stone blade and then combine stone blade with rope and a long stick to get a stone spear. For a four pronged spear, combine one long stick and 2 small stick witha rope.
