How to craft a bone needle?

I got a worm. According to the notebook I have to remove it by using a fish or bone needle. Sanity is dropping like hell because of this little !friend...

Any help, how to craft a needle?

Look around for rotting animal carcass. Usually you'll find maggots and one bone inside the carcass. Right click on the bone and choose harvest. You'll get bone needle if you harvest the bone.

After that you can use the bone needle on the worm. But it doesn't end there. You'll still need to bandage the place where you've removed the worm otherwise it'll get infected.

Can you do that? I don't think you can remove it manually. I was down to a dangerously low health when I decided to go find the bandage and after bandaging the health never recover at all. If any of the native decided to attack me, I'll die in one punch.

Not sure if intended or bugged out.

The lighter part of your health is the amount that will be recovered over time when you're not injured, to fill up any part of the bar not filled up you have to eat some food (meat heals you more) or drink something (extremely low heal, only good in bulk)
