just thought id share some things ive found, feel free to add more in the comments

BOW = long stick and rope
ARROW = 2x feathers and small stick
SPEAR = long stick, rope and stone
4 PRONG SPEAR = bamboo long stick, rope, bone
Stone Blade = 2x stones
AXE = 1x stone, stick
SHARP AXE = stone blade + rope + stic
BONE KNIFE = bone + rope
FIRE STARTER = small stick, stick
ANTIVENOM = tobacco leaves, yellow flower leaves
WATER CARRIER = coconut full, rope
OBSIDIAN BLADE = 1 obsidian stone + 1 small stone + rope , although can't get any further with it - assistance needed
BONE AXE = 2 bones + stick + rope (not sure of it's qualities though, good melee weapon?!)
LILLY DRESSING = bandage + quassia amara = (Wasp Sting Treatment)
BONE NEEDLE = harvesting a bone
STICK TRAP = 27 sticks (in shallow water)
ASH and CHARCOAL = Firepit
WATER FILTER = 2x long stick + 1x bamboo log + 2x rope + 3 charcoal + 2x stone
WATER COLLECTOR = 2x long bamboo stick + 1x bamboo log + 2x rope + 3 charcoal + 2x stone = water collector
SMALL STONE = Harvest Big Stone
OBSIDIAN AXE = 1 obsidian stone plus short stick and rope
OBSIDIAN SPEAR = 1 obsidian stone plus long stick and rope
3 BLADE AXE = 3x stone blade + short stick + rope

harvesting a fish = fish steak and fish bones (like small needles)
harvesting a long bamboo stick = bamboo stick (i guess for bamboo melee handled weapons)

bone + rope = bone knife

Cooking a soup:
You can craft soup of maggots, meat, fruits, mushrooms etc by placing coconut she'll over fire, filling in water, letting it boil and than place ingredients inside (maggots loose negative effects this way).

burned fireplace will give you ashes and charcoal - i believe it's written above

I have not figured out how to obtain long stick besides finding it on ground. Anyone know how to get this?

3 prong spear: Longstick(Long bamboo), 2 x Small Sticks, Rope
Weak Spear(Bamboo Spear): Longstick(Long Bamboo)
Bamboo Bow: Long Bamboo, Rope

Harvest Herbs = Fiber

For structures you need to "Find" it in the jungle then you will learn the recipe and can place it in the world. Still have yet to find the Banana Leaf Water collector.

Good, I try to make the 4-point bamboo lance but I can not create it following your instructions, have you changed the necessary objects?

Someone to help me, I have been using bambu long stick, rope and sharp stones, I would appreciate help.

for 4 prong spear you need long stick (either of it) small stick and rope
