Will this game have sucuris/anacondas?
That'd be cool. I think the most resourceful river/lake must have an deadly predator.
Anacondas are known for hiding very well among the moss/marshland waiting for their prey

There are snakes as seen in the gameplay video, but anacondas would be something way more disturbing to meet in the jungle.

Hello,
The anaconda attacks on humans are very rare, as humans aren't they natural prey (I believe that Humans are to wide so they can't easy swallow us).

The Anaconda movie from 1997 was a bit over the top :)

But we have other more deadly predators you can be afraid of!

Anacondas are amazingly big, but yeah they are slow and not seen very often. You want a snake that can bite you from the tree and kill you in 2 seconds lol.

It does not need to be 100% realistic the anaconda could be smarter in the game and search out prey so it makes you want to be on constant move to get players not to camp. Or else it will taste your scent and find you! :) Perhaps an option to make it more dangerous? Its a game we want realism and challenge or else i will bet you the game will be ace very quickly! Even in the long dark it became too easy! They had to make the wolves alot more aggressive.

So I hope you have thought about that! we want smart challenging dangerous AI that will hunt you! So players have to always look for danger.

I'd be keen to just see them in the environment on a rare occasion. Their attacks on humans might be rare but they are sometimes seen and it would be awesome to simply run into these giant snakes by accident.

in the developer mode there are anacondas. so it may have a chance to appear in the game.

yeah, it would be really interesting having anacondas lurking in the rivers, they are very fast and deadly in water...I remember the crocodile attack in far cry...the first time I met it I literally jump off my chair XD even if not an active predator on land, you could hide them in the vegetation on the riversides just to add a little more thrill, or you can resolve the meeting with a QTE

It's a realistic survival game, not SCUM or DayZ. If you can't camp because of some giant unrealistic predator you're going to do more dying than surviving.

I think your idea of a challenging and realistic survival game is maybe a little unrealistic.

I was thinking it would be awesome to see anacondas and piranah as well. However, your idea is a bit over the top. I want the game to be realistic and challenging not over the top and frustrating.

In my opinion, about encounters with Andacodas (Green and Yellow) they can serve as a source of meat/skin.... Just a thought in 2023.....

Realistic he says???

tell me, is being in the Jungle and not having to worry about heat stroke, ticks, bugbites, and other much more not realistic to be have in a REALISTIC game.

the only real thing I would ever ever say to someone if they wanted to take anything away from this game to contribute to their life could ONLY be the fire starting...thats it

so adding an anaconda to the game that would seek out prey is not a far fetch
