Armadillo Armor

I can not take off my Armadillo Armor. I go into the inspect like I am look for leaches and when a mouse over the armor nothing shows up not ever a way to check the durability of the armor or to take it off.

You can't remove a piece of armor until it is broken.
If you need to inspect yourself, clic on the armor icon in inspection mode to hide the armor and see you skin.

You can remove the armor before it is broken. Go in inspect mode with back pack open, grab armor and just drop it.

You just need to have the backpack open. You will also be able to see armor durability.
