You need to mine some iron ore, then the blueprint will show up.

Just in case your unsure where to find iron ore:
Go into a cave, look at the walls to find iron veins. Hit them with a pickaxe to mine iron ore.

Thank you ! and next you know something about Mud Water Filter ? or do I have to find it with the natives in the world?

Go to a river and when you have the water drink icon thing right click and take mud. The recipes then fill in. It's been a while since I started a new game and now I'm thinking you need to get the water filter bp from the fishing camp/dock as well.

Try just gathering one mud first and if that doesn't work go to fishing camp/dock and get the water filter bp and then you will have the mud one.

Mud water filter doesn't show up even after discovering the water filter. Maybe i need to discover the water collector from the lab or it may be a bug.

Hmmm I thought it was the filter but you maybe you're right it could be the collector. Would seem odd though as you think discover a filter to learn a filter. Doesn't hurt to have another source of drinking water though.
