1- by that logic every single forest based game looks like far cry gh has very little in appearance design wise to fc
2- no arm movement does not resemble fc4 at all... seriously
3- no the voice actor is not the same

There is no clue anywhere on who voiced the protagonist in green hell as of now. I'm a long time fan of Far Cry and i can assure you that the first person look and feel is very different although i wish it would be like Far Cry especially in the smoothness and responsiveness of the movements but this ain't a 350+ personnel studio like Ubisoft.
