Does waiting at the airstrip work?

I have a custom world to see if theres some kinda alternate ending acheived by waiting at the airstrip, its been 6 days, but most of it was via sleeping, will a plane actually arrive

I dont think so...tho they are imo two endings...either you manufacture a cure OR you proceed to the village without it .

I just made it to the end but .... how did you make the cure? :O im really curious, whats happening at the end then

At the omega camp in the closed tent there is a cure making machine...vial from a fridge nearby + poisonous dart frog LIVE...there is plenty of those close to the camp by the river.
