1. you must make LSD Potion in Abandoned camp.
Ingredients is neer river on south.
Remeber that you will need another potion later.
2.PIck Fuel from crashed car neer LONG BRIDGE
3.Use elevator and go Nort to golden mine. Pick clinbing equipment
4. Go to Lambda location and make another potion.
5. Anaconda camp go SE to Airport, repair radio. (Yellow cable) take climbing gear.
6.go NE use geer ,go only 1.way to E to shore , go S next map swamp LAB go E another Alaska potio.
7. take another climbing gear go W to native village make another alaska potion
8. take geaar go W to native vilage. ShytyEnf

Alternative End:
Make the cure : (bloodsample + live poison bright gree frog) than go to vilage

SPOILERS AHEAD!!!

1. Drink ayahuasca (45W 26S) following the instructions (46W 26S). Ingredients: Banisteriosis caapi and Psychotria vinidis (I recommend to take 2 of this at least if found, as you'll need them later).
2. Go through the rock passage (46W 24S) now that is open.
3. Locate the crashed jeep (44W 17S) and get the fuel.
4. Use the fuel to activate elevator's engine (40W 18S) and descend to the mine.
5. Locate the grappling hook there (40W 15S).
6. Go back (42W 25S) and use the grappling hook.
7. Drink ayahuasca, yes, again... (41W 26S).
8. Again, pass through the new open passage and go to the landing track (29W 22S). A radio needs to be repaired there, it is actually the cable what is wrong, connect it to the anthena.
9. Take the climbing equipment and go for some diving at (27W 24S).

so yeah after u got diving, go to swamp, find a ritual place on the corner. do the ritual, get the gun hook. Go to gun hook at fishing vilaage, and that for me

I have found ritual place before finding location of lab. Got the the grapling hook gun and I wrongly thought that cave was right spot marked red on map. So, I didn't searched further that area.

Instead, I have previously found climbing spot that require grapling gun, north area from anaconda island. And I found there bow firestarter and shelter. Then I tried to search south area from anaconda island where is other red spot marking. I found there scubadiving spot, but I was unable to pass by trough underwater small cave opening. Nothing worth to pick up there either.

I then spend significant amount of time until figured out that I have to search back swamp area and find lab and finish the rest of the storyline. As noob to the game(playing storyline only) without any experience from survival or chalange modes I have spend more than 100 in game days to finish story. 30-40 real life hours, didn't conted exactly and forgot to look at steam counter before writting this.

explore swamp more, there's old research camp where u can get the cure by catching the dart frog alive(prepare 2 tobbaco dres for this) then go to gun grappling hook near by, then just follow the way. 2 ending, good ending u find the cure, other u just go to grappling hook and go

I`ve been trying to get to anaconda island for a week. The map system is just crazy. jmo.

10. Next go to 23W 33S and complete the 3rd ritual
11. You can then do the cure at the Omega location (25W 33S) - you need a poisonous frog (and 2 painkillers or tabacco bandages)
