Can't find tribal firestarter

It should be in the abbandoned native village but I can't seem to get the blueprint.

You dont need the BP now just craft a small stick with a stick

Thats the bow drill, I'm talking about the tribal firestarter, you are supposed to get the blueprint once you discover the village but that didin't happen for me.

There is no tribal firestarter at the village any more.
Maybe they moved it elswhere the fun starts :)

I haven't found "campfire" I have the small camp fire(one you start with) and stone rings but thats it, also I found tribal firestarter from one of the other tribal villages but can't remember which one now, was on north/east

I found it in the camp near the overturned jeep.

You get the BP after you build a Stone Ring and placed a small camp fire in the middle

I could craft it by simply adding 2 sticks and 2 ropes to the crafting stone. I didn't have the BP before.
