Its a worm, you need to remove it with a bone needle or fish bone.

Harvest a bone and use the needle on it, then bandage it up. Keep an eye on it and if it gets infected use maggots (from rotten meat) on it to clean it and bandage it again. You got that for either sleeping on the ground or passing out.

speaking of parasite worms (long time ago) once watched a dude on utube trying to get some kinda yellow long worm out of his leg using vaseline to make it surface. nasty thing looked like a tremor from the movie tremors lol (had black hard thorny things as feet all over its body)

it actually got away once and shot back into his leg. my gut hurt after i heard him groan in pain.

he finally got it out and sounded like it really really hurt doing so as the parasite was trying to hold on.

i have no idea where he got it from (as i said long time ago)

btw you should always carry 1 or 2 fish bones/bone needles just in case

I'd suggest you build a hut shelter. It's the cheapest save/sleeper (3 long sticks, 8 sticks and x number of palms). Stand next to it and look UP TO SAVE and look DOWN TO SLEEP. Some people miss the save part cause they are always looking down on it.

I´m always dying of thirst. How can i get drinkable water?

You can put the empty coconut shells on the ground for collecting the rain water,
and you can put the empty shells on a fire and boil dirty water ,for collecting dirty water you can use a coconut bidon.

If you chop down weeds you'll get fresh leaves, they will turn to dry leaves over time. You can also harvest the bandage plants for fibers (once you have more than enough bandages)
