Nymphs and Fairies?

1) I haven't met anyone who told me to find Nymphs. Is this essential for the story?

2) I can't find the fairy village to try to get Charsi back for Ullo so he can improve my sword. A drunken fairy told me the village was in the middle of the huge forest. I've been all over there and fought dozens of fairies but no village visible.

3) I've done the Midnight Desert, the Dragon Cave Network, and the Sealed Tower. Got a book from Morgoth.

Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

OK I've found the answer to all my problems. I finally found the fairy village by walking round and pressing the action button in the middle of that huge forest. Now the three fairies - nymphs - are playing hide and seek. Off to find them.
