Cannot move in game?

After launching the game I seem to be stuck in a floor looking at some wall. Lighting seems to be full bright.

None of the keys on the keyboard (except Esc to exit the game) seem to let you move, and the mouse does nothing either.

Is this a controller-only game for some reason?

=> This game seems to be for VR, but unlike a few other VR games, the store page does not mark VR as mandatory. (There is a warning box for that normally). Thus my hope was be able to check out the building without a VR set... If this game is, alas, strictly VR, please update the store page.

What an odd thing...somebody has spent time and money promoting this "experience", yet it is clearly too buggy to be released, and nobody is visiting this board to even answer questions.

Oh, and believe me, even WITH a VR headset, it ain't ready for prime time.

I reread the store page, and it does seem to be VR-only. Though I still hope I am wrong. I really was looking forward to exploring the building. Sigh.

No, I have VR and the experience is unplayable. It looks like it's SBS, not true VR. Just glad I didn't pay money for it.

Like I said above, this looks to be the latest in a long line of odd releases...hyped prior to release, incomplete, then abandoned. It’s as though the developer had a milestone to accomplish that is entitled “Release”, and once they “release” the title, they get to move on, or get paid a milestone fee, or something...but they don’t care if the title actually works, or not. So, they totally ignore user (or in this case, ATTEMPTED user, as the experience is unplayable at present) feedback and problems.
