Looking at the screenshots it looks like they're not even selling that version.
It seems to be the DOS version. So you bet they're just slapping this one together with DOSBOX.
I get really sick of these type of releases.

So the screens look like the PC version, while the spectrum version was one colour

Nope, once again this developer got it wrong and just like the Great Escape, this is NOT the spectrum game. On the great escape they advertise spectrum (white) images, whereas the game is (Yellow) dos. This will be the same.

I'm pretty sure the Spectrum version had some great music, this PC port is almost silent apart from a few beeps.
