also Changed on RPG Maker MV is called Changed Enhanced (or dev-name being Changed-js)
i will likely do that for general 64-bit platforms but RPG Maker MV uses NW.js which is also open-source as the browser so it would be usually easy to port it over to other platforms.
its possible that you could port it to ARM-based Linux but the question is that, if the Steamworks API is going to be a thing on Changed Enhanced, espeically if even Steam works on there which i doubt.
however 32-bit x86 would mostly likely be possible, but systems nowadays use 64-bit since the late 2000s, and 32-Bit Windows is phasing out.

modding might be a bit problematic, the files are likely gonna be encrypted when released HOWEVER i'm not entirely sure on this part, but i wouldn't recommend modding the game either, not because i'm against it because RPG Maker MV is painful to use, atleast for me.
