Not sure if this has been answered, but I heard from somewhere that Dr. K isn’t his real name
Is this true?

"K" is the name of the experimental latex batch the doctor used upon himself to save his life just as the riots were about to kick off. The doctor found a way to get transfurred without losing his mind and memories.
