what is this hidden achievement?

i have played the game beat the game got all the achievements for the 5 endings but i see in the achievement list there is 1 more hidden achievement ending.
i got puro betrayal, K turning him into a drugged furry, leaving as a human, staying and betraying puro, and becoming furry and leaving. what other hidden endings are there?

uh, what. Do you have the 'Your Story Begins'? Cause you already got all the endings, this is the only one you haven't mentioned.

Changed to Wolf. The ending where you accept the treatment and leave with Puro.
Sometimes the game just won't give you the achievement. Try again.
