How do Latex creatures in changed communicate?

Do they have their own language or something? they are intellegent enough to set traps, and jump over pits, and other stuff, so they probably talk with one another about stuff on their mind, plans they are trying to do, and other stuff, so like, do they have their own way of speaking? do they have their own language, or like, a way of speaking that isn't verbal, or what? Puro and the elder dragon do speak human, but they learned it, it isn't their native language, so they are just outliers.

Why would they know a language?

They probably have some instinctive understanding of the body language of various animals.

Puro and the Dragon King can speak, because Puro used a language education computer, learned from books and taught the Dragon King.

Ok, interesting, good to know, I suppose, and a language could be helpful to talk about things body language can not indicate, so for more complex things, or just things that body language wouldn't be able to show, that's what I'd think a language could be used for.
