(spoiler alert) does the human die in one of the endings?

so when we "leave" in the true ending, human does not respond but when we turn into a furry and leave human says "yes" so does the human die there?

It's in that achievement's description. 'Termination By Sunset' So yes, you do die unless you become furry owo

Between the Esc Ending and the Termination by Sunset ending: The Player character ends up dying shortly after leaving the Tower in the latter ending. It's unknown what the cause of death is, but I'll assume it's due to the virus.

In the Esc Ending, being the one where you choose neither options, Dr. K does something to insure that if the virus is inside the Player character, it stops being a threat to the Human race. And in that ending you don't die.
