I recommend 7z for archives. But when you are not even used to handling archive files, note that downloading and installing strange programs can be risky

Basically, you download the file, unzip it, then you should find in the file you unzipped a whole bunch of programs. Look for the read me file and it will explain which program to run.
Before you try to run anything, though, you will need to download java. Which you can get very easily by just searching up java download.
After this, you should be good all you need to do is double click the puro program and he should fall out of the top of the screen at any moment. I would recommend making a shortcut to the program so you can place it on your desktop

Actually make sure it's java.(top level domain) or Oracle, because there are many suspicious Java downloads.
