the game install will take around 10 minutes because including the new updates that`s why will take long time, but if after 10 minutes still freeze and can`t run, can you uninstall the game and reinstall again and try to play and if still have the same problem let me know

After reinstallation, the update seems to be done but once arrived at the end of loading the window disappears and the game does not start

After Patch Update,I can't play too. The Launcher was started but Start Screen can't clicks anything. Reinstall not fix this ploblem. T_T
