Rift S screenshoot?

Apart from oculus home method? I'm having a hard time taking an SS in games? Does a game have to be directly launched from steam in order for me to take a SS?

Isn't here any other way? This is kinda a bummer if that's the case.

I mean you can use both.

If you want a quick screenshot you gotta be in SteamVR and press the trigger and the ‘Steam’ button on the left controller.
Oculus Home is much slower at SS as from experience with my own Rift S.

This is so stupid but I do this. Some games do not let you take a screnshoot through Steam (idk why). I take a screenshot through Oculus then I take a screenshot on desktop with f12 while the game is open. Then I photoshop the Oculus screenshot to the Steam Screenshot.

This is the only way I could upload a screenshot on a game that doesn't let me grip + trigger. So tedious.
