pre-time skip skins?????

so i pre-ordered the game a day before on a different website , i bought the deluxe edition and got everything except the pre-time skip skins. is there a way i can get them? even after i pre ordered the game

You don't get to use the pre-time skip skins right away. Check your key items and you should see a bunch of costumes you can't use. How far into the game are you? You can only change costumes when you can "camp." If you don't know what that is then you aren't far enough.

If you can change costumes and you don't see them then you should probably contact the website you bought it from.

I’m headed towards crocodiles base, I went to change costumes but I only have sniper king unlocked.

Yeah, you should definitely talk to the website you bought your code from. I bought it from green man gaming, standard edition and go the pre time skip costumes with no issue.

You can only change costumes while you in a camp having a party or in one of those restaurants/hotel. I have all costumes except Sniper King Sogeking.

wait, so you play the story before the timeskip with the skins after the timeskip by default and have to buy extra skins to have those from before the timeskip?
Thats some greedy way to get some extra money from ppl who want to have the right mood in the game.

I mean, that's all the outfits they supposedly have access to, since that's what they're wearing when they go into the memories. Oddly, though, you'll get a few scenes with the correct clothing, and that'll invoke a bit of nostalgia, so that was nice when it happened.
Also, I think the latter two memories are post-timeskip as well, but I haven't gotten there yet. Just got out of Alabasta (and trying to figure out how to get back in).
