Bandai Namco usually uses the "Season Pass" for DLCs that are coming after the release of the game so I think that the "expansion pack" only includes one additional story. They'll probably also sell the expansion pack saparately later on so, if you really don't care about the deluxe items, it's better to wait.

I think it is not a Season Pass at all.
I think it is just an Small Sidequest. In their images it appears listed in small text, like giving no importance to it at all.

Maybe it will be separate upgrade deluxe dlc after release, so you can try buy the standart one , but if there no separate dlc, so you will miss the additional story in deluxe edition, if you refund the game after release you will lose your pre order bonus forever.

I fear they are just saying that the Adventure Pack is an Upcoming DLC. Even in the Steam page at the end says:
*Deluxe Edition content will be available at game release except for the Adventure Expansion Pack
And in Spanish, they even say that the Adventure Pack will be launched later, which I would think just mean that is an Upcoming DLC.

Then maybe I will go with standard, only care about the additional story but if it's only one story then maybe can skip now and get later

nah, not really care about cosmetic or items, just care about content like story, mission, character, etc..
