Spamming E would working. And try shooting the gun to drop the cube. it might help.
Lol, the new tomb raider it's a totally different game, and therefore shouldn't be even compared.
Tomb raider is the best in YOUR opinion, defenly not mine or lot of the other ppl's opinion, and it's not even sequel to any game of the series, since it's a totally new story, which in my opinion is really sad and stupid.
The new tomb raider game it's more like a survival game than anything else, there's almost no puzzle solving in that new and different game.
You didn't like that much tomb raider:underworld. It's ok, i respect your opinion, even though i think the underworld was still lot better than the new tomb raider. The game i loved most in the series was the legend, since not only was the first game ive played of the series, it was also a really good one and it had so many good components that made it a great game (like lot and different puzzle solving, great storyline, great motocycling levels and variety of maps).
I don't think so. I agree new Lara is way more better than old one, but new game isn't a Tomb Raider game.
These all are my own opinions and they are subjective:
TR Anniversary> TR4 > TR3 > TR:Underworld > TR 2013 >TR: Legend > TR: AOD
TR Anniversary: Best puzzles, nice action, best boss fights, nice environments.
TR 4: Upgraded gadgets, upgraded weapons, decent puzzles, nice action and tactical battles.
TR 3: Awesome environments, tactical battles, nice puzzles, nice bosses
TR Underworld : Awesome environments, decent puzzles, lack of boss fights, decent combat, very interesting and very good lore (Natla corp. was bad idea (even thought she was the queen of Atlantis), but the connection between midgard, atlantis, avalon was pure awesomess.)
TR 2013 : New Lara is awesome, very good environments and exploration, lack of puzzles, lack of boss fights, nice atmosphere, cliche story but very good lore (Himiko's story was very good) (if this one had decent puzzles instead of an Assassin's Creed clone multiplayer; I'd put it to 2nd place.)
TR Legend : Too much action for a Tomb Raider game, awesome boss fights, lack of puzzles, excalibur > mjollnir
TR AoD : I simply hate it.
Edit: Come to think about it; TR 2013 and Underworld deserves better place. My new list is:
TR Anniversary > TR 2013 > TR Underworld > TR4 > TR 3 > TR Legend > TR AOD
In general, I disliked the obvious poor porting from console to PC as an afterthought. I recently reinstalled the game because I forgot. This reminds me to tag this game as a poor port from console.
In spite of the poor port critique, I did manage to finish the game.
It's a vsync issue; just enable it :)
