CANNOT pull the dragon stone at the start of the game
I can't pull the grapple after putting it on the dragon stone, and the stones refuse to be put on the place where they should be put, they literally fly away every time I try to put them down????????????? Idk what this is

Enable VSync.

As the other poster suggested, turn on Vsync. If that doesn't do it, cap fps at 60 too.

Did you try locking fps or lowering affinity?
