Game closes 10 seconds after starting

whenever I try to open the game I can see the loading screens (Hi-rez, Georgia) and sometimes I get to the menu but it closes in a matter of seconds. no crash pop-ups, no blackscreen, the proccess just shuts down. I simply can't play the game.

I tried a lot of things to fix it but nothing made a difference:
-reinstalling the game
-various startup options (different dx versions, fullscreen, 32 bit version and other stuff)
-updated my windows (it's Windows 10 Home 64-bit version 1803)
-reinstalling all the drivers and directx

my spec is:
-intel core i5-7400
-8gb ram
-geforce gtx 650

also I checked the logs and all of them say:

07-08-2018 15:46:39.076 Exception in [0] (SE): Access Violation at 0x0000000010003654

all the crashes occured between 5th and 7th August.

I'd highly appriecieate any help since I really really want to try your game out :)

Have you filled out the details on the crash log report? The programmers and platform team receive this information and can track down the cause of the crash.

I am also having this same issue as of today. The game crashes either on the loading screens or shortly after reaching the menu.

The crash log report screen does not pop up when the game crashes, so I'm not sure if your programmers are getting any reports for this issue.

I'm having the exact same issue with the same Access Violation error. I think is a hirez launcher issue because I can't launch Paladins too

My game closes every time after 10 seconds. I have tried set launch options in steam with -safemode and setting direct x9. Nothing works.

I have been getting the same issue.

I currently have 40 hours in game, i've had no issues until recently (the past 3 - 4 days) and now I can't play at all.

The game gets and audio stutter on load, gets to the menu and within 10 - 15 seconds just closes, no crash nothing... its like an alt+f4.

I've tried admin, safemode, windowed, fullscreen, d3d9, varifying and resinstalling... nothing works.

There was a build on the SLOW that worked but since then they pushed the SLOW ring to 17738.rs5_relaease.180810-1706 which has the same issues as the FAST ring update. I am currently on Windows 10 Pro 17746.rs5_release.18021-1736.
