"Version Mismatch Error" given instead of "servers down" or "unable to connect to server"

Not sure why but a lot of us are getting version mismatch errors when trying to connect to the test server, which is very misleading when the test server is just down. I kept trying to troubleshoot my install instead of realizing I just can't play since the test server is unavailable. Proper error message wouold help. Also, might be good to add a link to the test server on http://status.hirezstudios.com/ so people know when the test servers are down.

This message should only appear when the game is opened without having been updated. Try restarting Steam and an update should be applied. We have been rolling out a number of updates to the Test Server today, so this may be the case.
