ok download Malawarebytes there is a 14-day free premium trial and run a threat scan. i can get the link for you if you want me to.

um the last option that i can think of would be to restart computer 1 more time and try it. then if no sucess then go onto the discord realm royale server here is the invite code: https://discord.gg/By9f7by and post it there they can help you better. then if no luck just reinstall the game it doesn't take that long to get the progress back
