Aim bots are becoming common, Devs help!

getting a couple of aim bots. bad ones to. not just auto aim, but bullet speed and shooting through walls. please fix this now. Axes are a joke with aim bot it travels instantly with that head shot? wow.

I don't think the devs ban people anymore. At least not without video-evidence. Sadly, no one of us "normal" player (so no streamer) actually captures his/hers matches on video. So these people won't get banned as long as they don't run into a streamer.

I haven't run into any aimbotter since i play, only a lot of bots which have built in aimbot.

I just played a SOLO match and got killed by a guy who only hit headshots with a golden hammer. I looked his profile up on Realmtracker, and wouldn't you know it, that guy had terrible stats. I mean, really terrible. Like, even my stats are bad, and his are even worse. And I should believe, that this guy hit 5 headshots, while I was on another level of a building and moving the whole fight through? With a hammer of all weapons? He wasn't even scoping in! The only reason he got killed after that was an ambush from behind. I guess he couldn't activate his aimbot quick enough.

Recently theres been an increase of players with certain cheats, people will always be smartasses about it and act as if noticing them takes rocket science and question your skill rather than accepting a simple fact that this game is filled with cheaters.
personally i noticed a huge increase of speedhackers and aimbotters just before this update, those are just 2 that are easy to notice cheats, who knows what other convenient things they are using that arent that obvious to the naked eye :)
I am not a streamer nor recorder so all i can do is press that report button, not like anything ever happens to these people...

Wall hacks aren't too obvious but I've for sure played against people how are using it. There's another thing I've seen, but it could easily be a bug just as much as it could be a hack. Name & outline hiding. If you haven't noticed, people that you have direct sight of have a red outline & their name will also be in red above them. I've seen people that have no name nor outline, when they should. I would normally think it's a hack right away but I've seen it happen to bots on the ship too so...

Proof is necessary. For some reason there is a growing sentiment that proof is not necessary which is pure nonsense. This is a competitive game, people will report people who are not actually cheating. The solution people will probably say needs to happen is they need to watch that player, which is not feasible.

I have not noticed any cheating. Wall hacks are usually people who play with sound and hear your footsteps. They also could have spotted you going behind cover and were waiting for you to pop out. The explanations are endless for wall hacking. I am suspect of aim bots as well but I suppose it's possible. Some people do get lucky shots off thoguh.

Another one i fought against was the weapon had an increased hit area. that was frustrating. he could miss and from like 5 ft away it still hit. or if i was around a corner it would connect without direct contact and sight. but only so far.

Ice spear, the strongest close range weapon in the game. When you spec for it, it's insane. A big reason why the mage is the strongest class right now.

If you encounter someone using a cheat or hack, please submit a support ticket at https://www.hirezstudios.com/submit-support-ticket/. Include any and all relevant information. If you have evidence, that's really helpful for verifying the evidence. However, if a name or match information is all you have, that at least gives the support team somewhere to start looking. The in-game report feature also exists and is triggered if enough reports are sent against a specific player.

Wait a minute. Since when is this an option? Do they actually look into it, when you use this "submit support ticket"-thingy?
