Mixer Hypezone - Got in but no code

I entered into the hypezone on Mixer about a week ago when promised to receive a key for the jailbird skin for your game Realm Royale. Unfortunately when first entering the hypezone, I wasn't pmed a key. Hearing that you could re-enter the hypezone and get the key, I tried that solution before contacting official support. I recently entered back into the hypezone but in the end re-entered after the window of opportunity. If there is a way to still receive the key that I should have gotten when I first was hosted by the hypezone mixer stream.

same, i entered it but didnt got as Key. I opened my Stream every time i start playing this Game.
