The ingame ping seems broken, i've yet to see anyone sub 50 ping.
When pinging the server direct 12 ping, ingame 55-75.
The game itself has way better netcode than fortnite, in fortnite you see some players warping during shotgun fights, and a lot during 50v50, that doesn't happen in realm royale.

According to the in-game counter, I'm around 125 (when there are less than ~40 people left) to 145 - 150+

Oman (south east asia server) 160 ping
in other games like CS:GO i get 5 to 15 ping
they should add servers in india that will fix everything XD
