Where are counters located?

I keep seeing players saying they have X of Y completed for achievements that require a certain number of items. Where are the counters located so I can check to see what my counts are?

Thanks! I always looked at the global achievements that only show whether the achievement is completed or not. Now I see that "View your achievements" actually shows personal progress! That's great! Thanks again!
