Configuring RC controller

Hey, maybe someone has a hint for me how i can configure my RC to a useable level in this simulator.
I know about the ingame config... but that dont sets the sticks right (at all)... for whatever reason..
I use my RC via a Flightcontrollers USB output... BetaFlight 3.4 allows to use it that way...

Bump. Same problem here... it's completely unusabe and calibration doesn't work :/

Right click the game in the library tab, go to properties look for controllers forced off on both,
