Not accessible by legit means at the moment.
There is a chest inside that is double-locked behind two impassable barriers (the glass, and then the ground itself). The chest has an item called the "Cheater's Ring" which gives no-clip.
Some people theorize its a placeholder for a larger secret to be added later, but there isn't concrete evidence of that.

I've tried the way to get the "Cheater's Ring", and really success!
By the way, if teleport not succeed, it will teleport to the island above the chest, and there's a cute little fox. XDDDD
