Infinite Bubble Jump Sequence Break?

Hello, I'm 1 hour into to game and just found the wand. If you jump then immediately shoot the bubble and land on it you can infinite bubble jump. I hope this makes sense :P Anyway is this an intentional technique in the game or am I sequencing breaking by doing this? PS Please no spoilers thanks.

i think it's intentional, there's atleast 1 room i know of where i'm pretty sure you HAVE to use this trick. sometimes it can make a few puzzles a little boring, so try not to abuse it too much when you know there's an alternative solution - unless of course that is how you wanna play.

There are a lot of points in the game where you can skip bits using this, but nothing super gamebreaking. Honestly I had a lot of fun optimising my bubble jumps and got the 1000 pops achievement within an hour of getting the wand

You don't have to use that trick for anything, there is another item later on that can replace the trick.
