i just dont care about the games he's publishing (personal choice)
n his last few videos felt like really low effort
like it felt like he just wanted to advertise his new game he published vs make a good video
which in that case just make an ad
there's nothing wrong with that
but if im clicking on a video for entertainment i expect, especially from him, effort and something entertaining
like his last videos before the release of animal well are just him naming things

I hope this doens't become a frequent thing and eventually Dunkery videos are as low effort as MoistCritikal sitting there n "reacting" to random youtube videos.

also for the player base: the game is good but how many of u actually thought the game was good from inception and how many of you are just like "YOUTUBER TOLD ME TO LIKE SO I LIKED."

We all thought it was stupid that he started a publishing company until he published this gem. Now I am hoping to see him back other projects. Animal Well filled that La Mulana sized hole in my heart that most Metroidvanias haven't. Noita scratched that itch for a while but the eye puzzle has got us at a standstill.

I agree that the constant barrage of "ANIMAL WELL" could get old fast, but Dunkey's video telling CS/VR Chat players to "go wish list it" was decently funny and pretty in line with his usual shtick. His entire fanbase are guys just quoting stuff he says repeatedly for days/weeks/months/years.

Also, if you don't like it and see it in the title, or watch a few seconds of it, just thumbs down the video and go watch something else.
