How in God's name do I get there? I've found the cat room and the save room with the elevators constantly scrolling up, but I cannot get down. What am I missing?

can't remember exactly but something to do with the fish and the tubes. they'll unlock a path to flip the elevator directions

Nothing to do with the fish or tubes, you just ride the elevators up first.

If it's the place I think it is, ride the elevator upwards and use the yoyo on the mouse wheel to make the elevator go down.

I did the yoyo on the mouse wheel to go down but what do I do in the fish tube room with the moving platforms

I have freed cats but can't get to that room as the blocks are scrolling downwards? Bug maybe?

Does anybody know the solution? I can make the blocks on the bottom change direction but can't change the ones moving down to get the final switch.

You can get the cat room from the penguin area, where you have the water puzzle.
