Are the missable things important? [spoilers]
It seems like there are several missable types of things in the game:
- a chest blocked by how many times you died
- things in the clock based on how soon you get there
possibly others?

My question is: does anyone know whether any of those missable items are things that would prevent you from exploring/completing the game (like items or eggs), or are they just things like the figurines for the bedroom, that are fun to earn but aren't gating anything else?

i'm not really sure if you can get the chests close the ostrich on wheels if you complete that part

You can't get that chest until you get a later item; it's impossible while the ostrich is there anyway.
