[Major Spoiler] Locked out of "Exit" achievement?

I can't think of anything else I can do to get the secret ending, I think I may have Locked myself out of it.

I collected all the eggs and placed the 65th egg on the pedestal causing another manticore to appear. I took that manticore down to the house and used the explosives to kill that one too. Now both manticore are dead and I dont know if I can still get the secret ending. I dont want to collect everything again, so I'm hoping theres still a way

Wait, how could you use the explosives again? In my game, it could only be used once.

I think maybe it was a bug, the plunger on the explosive was reset after the credits, so I was able to use it again. Now that the second manticore is dead I have found no way to bring it back.[/spolier]

I had the same thing happen honestly hope it gets patched or something
