[light spoiler] fast travel question
I have located the bear head in the game, but his mouth isn't opening. I can't use it for fast travelling. what am i missing? is this a bug?

This happened to me too. I had to go back to the bear head and activate it with the flute before I could use the one in the hub.

I realized i had to "activate" the head by playing any note of the flute on the pedestal (either nearby or in the hub). that wasn't obvious before.

it's kind of obvious because their eyes glow. either way if you visited one but didn't activate, you can activate it from the pedestal in the hub
