E medal secret passage
Found the E medal and understood that the place to use it is in the secret passage above the fish head, east of the seahorse boss. However that secret passage is a dead end for me, I can go only a few steps into it and can't find any way to open it. Am I missing an item or anything else?

probably. your inventory slots full yet? that's like one of the last places I went

use a specific tool in that passage

I'm missing a couple, I have the firecrackers, yoyo, disk, bubble wand, flute, lantern, top, remote, ball, slink. So yeah, probably missing that
