Unreachable chest

Can someone help me with figuring out how to get, what I assume is a chest, in the ostrich flame room? How do I get up there?

Are you referring to the ostrich in the big wheel? I think I blocked the two buttons there and can't get to the chest.

You will get a tool later that makes that possible. No I am refering to the room in the ostrich section where you get the flame. There's a vined off area at the top

Hint 1: There is a fan to get up but it's not activated, try to find how to activate it
Hint 2: Take a look at this room on the map, maybe you'll realize something
Solution: On the right side there is a hidden plateform underneath the water. The button to activate the fan is on it. I've jumped on it to activate the button but maybe you can just throw some object on it and it will work. You'll not find a chest, but some arrows on the wall. If you've already explored this part of the map you may have already seen some of them. Try to find what you can do with them

I have a different thread but you sound experienced in this game. Have you found all the keys? I am missing 2 and I can't find any guides in that regard
