Bubble Wand

I've only had that thing for 10 minutes and it already makes me want to refund the game at the idea of being forced to use this infuriating thing for increasingly more difficult jumping puzzles.

I just got it 10 mins ago after unlocking yo-yo, disc, slinky, and whistle, and love it immediately. Having infinite jumps seems broken AF. It's so easy to use; you just jump and shoot a new bubble like 0.2 seconds before you reach the apex of your jump so that you land on the new bubble.

You can also shoot the bubble as fast as you can after you jump to give yourself more time to land on it. But the bubble will be lower down, so it'll require more jumps to get where you want

i just press both jump and bubble at same time and land on the new bubble. it's very easy once you get the hang of it. just keep in mind the bubble comes out where you are facing and not the direction you are jumping.

also for very horizontal gaps you can also ride the disc

You don't need to press the bubble button after the jump button. I've been pressing bubble right before jump and it works just fine. Honestly, the easiest way to do it is to just press bubble and jump at the SAME time. But hitting bubble first gets you slightly more height.

It's the first item I got. You get used to it pretty quick and it's so useful for many many jumps in the game.

Oh my god, this will make climbing the well so much easier. I kept fluting back to the bear head and jump bubbling past the vines whenever I fell, but now I can just catch myself and start climbing again. Thank you so much. I can't think of anywhere else I could have used that, though, honestly...
