Help on late game content after getting all eggs

Found all of the Eggs, and found where the reward you get actually goes to summon what i assume is a final boss, But i don't understand what to do

The "manticore" returns again after putting the 65th egg in the room, to the left there is a door with his face on it, but i don't understand hot to open it why he shoots me with lasers. I've taken him to the black ring on top of the well nothing, not sure if i'm supposed to be taking him somewhere on the map or its something in the two rooms hes located in. no black light help here.

I am also wondering about this, you can't save once you summon him either,

To the right of the Incubator room, where you pushed all the yellow buttons during the 1st boss fight here, there's a hidden area on the far top-right side, top-right from the vertical fan. Use the top to destroy the floor, and a wheel-platform will be there. Use your wheel and it'll move the block with the monster-face on it. That'll move the block out of the way on the left side of the Incubator room.
